Why Singapore Properties Choose Us for Landscape Maintenance
It all starts at the gates. While nobody has read your signages or met with your receptionist, they have already determined what type of company you are from their first glimpse of the lawn, the hedges, and even whether the entryway looks maintained.
This is the danger of employing the cheapest grass-cutting contractor available. They show up with a brush cutter, create chaos, and your tenants take note. Alternatively, you could engage an established landscape conglomerate where you are merely one of two hundred clients, and your assigned gardener will be switched every six weeks.
We stand somewhere between the two scenarios above. Large enough to manage a full MCST estate yet small enough that the same account manager will answer your calls year after year. Our staff is directly employed by us without any subcontracting involved. As a matter of fact, we have been maintaining commercial properties in Singapore since 2010. We know the plant species that thrive despite the shade from HDB pathways, those that withstand the winds in the CBD area, and even those that slowly perish in the western orientation of condominium pool decks.
Commercial Landscape Services We Provide
We organise our work into three contract types based on what the property actually needs.
1. Stationed Gardener
A dedicated gardener (or team) based on-site daily, weekly or monthly. Standard for large MCSTs, hotels and integrated developments. The same person knows your property, your tenants, your management style. Comes with a backup float team for leave cover.
2. Scheduled Maintenance
Contract Our most common contract. We attend on a fixed schedule — typically weekly or fortnightly — to handle routine work without you needing to chase. Comes with a written scope of works so nothing is ambiguous on invoice day.
3. Project-Based Maintenance
For one-off tree pruning, seasonal clean-ups before major events (Chinese New Year, IPO listings, AGMs, building openings), pre-handover landscape rectification, or end-of-year tidy-ups. No long-term contract.

How a Commercial Maintenance Contract Starts
- Singapore-specific track record since 2010. Fifteen years maintaining local properties. What can withstand weathering and what can’t – we already know.
- No subcontractors. All workers come from our payroll. Your gardener this year will most probably return next year to maintain your property.
- Stationed gardener and float team model. A personal gardener and backup will maintain bigger properties. Your regular worker didn’t show up” will never be a problem anymore.
- NParks compliant. Tree maintenance according to official guides and permits pulled where needed.
- Single point of contact. Account manager who maintains your account from start to finish. Available on WhatsApp.
- Transparent pricing. Tier ranges shown on this page. Quotes after the audit with no “from” surprises.
- Workmanship warranty.. If anything doesn’t hold up, we fix it free of charge.
- Multi-service depth. Pond, vertical garden, decking, indoor plants, office rental — all under one vendor. One invoice, one team, one accountability point.
How a Commercial Maintenance Contract Starts
Step 1 – No-Cost Site Survey (Days 1-5) Our manager visits your property for surveying. We take photographs of the present state of the place, evaluate trouble spots, measure lawn area, tree counts, and all feature plants; and evaluate the present infrastructure (irrigation and drainage). The site survey is expected to take 1-2 hours.
Step 2 – Written Scope and Price (Days 6-8) You receive a scope-of-works document with every itemised task, the frequency, manpower allocated, and total monthly price per job.
Step 3 – Confirmation (Days 9-14) On confirmation, we arrange for an initial kick-off walk with the facilities manager or MCST council, agreeing on protocols, working hours, key-handling, reporting procedure and contact person. Only then do we schedule for the first visit.
Step 4 – Scheduled Service Visits Our service visits continue as planned. After each major visit, we provide a short report of the service provided, including what we have observed that requires our attention or photos that deserve looking at. Invoicing monthly and providing monthly work reports.

Commercial Landscaping FAQs
How much does commercial landscape maintenance cost in Singapore?
In General, between $1,800 and $6,000+ per month for most commercial projects. Smaller offices and boutique properties will be around $1,800 to $2,500. Mid-sized condos and corporate complexes cost $3,500 to $5,500. Larger MCST projects and hotel developments start from $6,000 and increase upwards from there. We provide exact pricing after a free site assessment.
Do you handle MCST contracts?
Yes, indeed. Condominium MCSTs are among our most common customer types. We deal directly with MCSTs’ managing agents, participate in MCST council meetings when necessary, submit monthly reports for MCST AGMs, and address specific residents’ concerns in accordance with official protocols.
Are you NParks-compliant for tree work?
Yes. All tree-cutting, pruning, and removal activities comply with NParks standards and regulations. If applicable, we obtain necessary permits to complete our scope of work. We strictly follow the laws and regulations governing our operations.
Do you have ISA Certified Arborists?
All major tree-related services are performed by ISA Certified Arborists. For complicated assessments, we cooperate with our partner ISA Certified Arborists. We always let you know if we need special qualifications to complete the job.
Can you provide a stationed gardener?
Yes. It is routine practice to station gardeners for all our larger MCST and hotel projects. Your dedicated gardener will serve your project on assigned days. A floating gardening team will cover any leaves or emergencies; your project will never lack supervision due to staffing issues.
What if a contracted gardener leaves your company?
In such cases, we will provide a replacement within five working days. The replacement will be thoroughly briefed by the floating team who has been supporting your project in the meantime. This way, your replacement will arrive knowing all about your property and your management team’s preferences.
Do you provide reports for facilities managers and managing agents?
Yes. We will submit monthly records of visits, pictures documenting all major works completed, incident reports regarding unusual observations, and quarterly health assessments. Such reports can be submitted directly into your MCST AGM package or facilities management’s monthly report.
Do you handle horticultural waste disposal?
Yes. Waste collection is included in our standard contracts. For major one-time waste clearance operations, please refer to our horticulture waste disposal service.
Can you handle just one part of the property — for example, only the entrance?
Yes. We scope the contract based on your actual needs. In some cases, our clients hire us exclusively for the public entrance area and reception gardens. Meanwhile, the remaining property area remains under your control.
How fast can you start?
Our standard contract starts within 2 to 3 weeks after signing the contract. Urgent contract takeover operations (when our competitor drops out or is fired from your project) can be started in 5 to 7 working days.
Are you available only in specific areas of Singapore?
No. Our standard territory includes all of Singapore Island. Our routine work areas are CBD, Orchard, heartlands, the East, and the West. Industrial estates, namely those in Tuas and Jurong, also are included in our regular territory.
What’s your response time for emergency situations?
Response time for storms, trees falling and blocking access, and other emergency conditions at the contracted project — 4 hours on weekdays, 24 hours on weekends and holidays. We carry emergency equipment for clearing trees and restoring access blockages.
