Can you RETURN plants? NO.

We do not accept any returns on live plants but we do guarantee every plant will arrive in great condition, and all plants are guaranteed for 3 days after delivery. 

(MUST Note: Repotting your plant into a new pot or container within the first 3 days will void the guarantee.)

If your plant or pot arrived damaged, and your purchase was made less than 3 days ago, please contact us immediately so we can deliver a replacement for you as soon as possible.

 

Please have the following details ready when processing return:

  • Image of Item received 
  • Order Number 

 

Email us at sales@directgardenlandscaping.com within 3 working days of receiving for exchanges. All items must be in their original state. Items that do not fulfill these criteria will be duly rejected. 

Kindly allow 48 hours to process all requests and to verify if return/exchanges are possible. 

If the item is in stock, we will arrange for a replacement. Otherwise, a refund will be issued to you.
